We had a wonderful time baking with Gaelle! The atmosphere was friendly and kind, but we also learned the true techniques of a master of French viennoiserie. And there were more croissants and pain au chocolat in the end than we could possibly eat. We will definitely be making these for our friends when we return! Highly recommend this experience.

This is a fun experience for a family!

We brought a family of six (two adults, four kids age 15-24) to a Saturday morning class making croissants. The store is clean and well-equipped; the instructor, Mary (Marie), is friendly, competent, and patient. We each made four croissants and four pain au chocolate, and got bags to take them home in. I work at a university with a big culinary program, and I didn't see any corner-cutting or bad practices here: I was very impressed!

Amazing experience!! My daughter and I loved every second of this class. It was a very small group, so detailed, and our pastry chef Gaëlle was INCREDIBLE! She was so patient and kind, and truly has a passion for what she does as a French pastry chef. We were able to take 15 macrons home with us and the recipe. I can’t say enough about this class. We can’t wait to come back and take other classes! Thank you so much Gaëlle for such a wonderful experience and making our first trip to Paris so memorable and delicious!
